Sprinkle 30 grams gelatin (3 Tbsp + 2 tsp) on the surface of 1 Liter room temperature water in a stainless-steel saucepan. Let sit overnight. 

Heat on low - medium heat stirring constantly. When hot to the touch it is ready.

To apply with a brush or sponge, coat one side and let dry before coating the other. To apply all at once, dip paper using a tray.

Gelatin can be reheated throughout the application process.
