People make mistakes and it is difficult to shop online. So long as the item hasn't been opened or modified in any way, I am happy to return or exchange items for the cost of shipping. Just contact me about the item(s) in question.

Damaged Goods

If something has arrived damaged, please contact me right away! Sometimes boxes don't stand up to travel for various reasons, however, your tools & supplies are insured during shipment. Please save packing materials as well as the damaged items, and I will work with you to replace them.
