“The New Davey Board”

Since Davey Board has been permanently discontinued, I’ve done some digging and am excited to offer an alternative that’s up to the task. High-Density (HD) Eska Board is a pH-neutral, high quality binder’s board made from 100% recycled materials, and its laminated three-ply construction makes for a very stable hardcover or box material. HD Eska Board’s ultra-smooth surface won’t add unwanted texture to your covering material. HD Eska board is particularly well suited for foil stamping as its higher density keeps your die or type impressions shallow and crisp. It’s also great for protective enclosures and larger projects. Compare with Lower-Density Eska Board which is my go-to all-purpose binder's board and is easier to cut by hand.  

High-Density Eska Board measures 0.089” thick and is available in three cut sizes: 

Full Sheet: 22.75 x 35.75 inches (grain short)  
Half Sheet: 22.75 x 17.75 inches (grain long)  
Quarter Sheet: 11.25 x 17.75 inches (grain short)  

NB: While there is no order minimum, please keep in mind the board has a better chance of arriving unharmed in orders of 5 or more sheets. Only 20 full sheets can fit per box, so orders placed for more than 20 full sheets will ship in multiple boxes. See images for Shipping Estimate Chart.

Custom Cutting is no longer available. Despite the demand, due to the physical strain I have had to stop offering custom cutting services for book boards. Instead, I now stock smaller standardized board sizes for convenient cutting in your home studios. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
